Romeo and Cruz Beckham looked every inch their father's sons during a boys' outing in Beverly Hills yesterday.

David and his two youngest children turned heads - and drew attention from an attractive blonde - with their lookalike cropped haircuts as they rolled down Rodeo Drive in the football star's £300,000 Phantom Drophead Coupe.

Victoria and eldest son Brooklyn sat the trip out and the seven- and three-year old looked rather impressed to have Beckham Senior all to themselves, giggling in the back seat as he drove around town.

Last week, David stopped traffic in San Francisco for altogether different reasons.

The LA Galaxy player unveiled a 100ft billboard of himself in a pair of white Emporio Armani underpants outside department store Macy's.

He later said: 'I think I'm always surprised by the attention that certain things create. But the attention that the campaign created was pretty incredible. I was shocked, but obviously it was great for Armani.

'It was what they wanted, and what they love to create and what sells the items. So it's great.'

Meanwhile, David is reportedly considering ending his £2million deal with soft drink giant Pepsi to launch his own brand of bottled water.

Pepsi are said to be desperate to hold on to David - who has held a contract with the company for more than 10 years - and are currently in negotiations to persuade him to stay.
