They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
In the case of Victoria Beckham and Kate Beckinsale though, it's hard to determine who is copying who.
Having recently forged a strong friendship, the pair met up recently for a trip to the ice rink - wearing identical outfits.

Kate and Victoria took the children out for the afternoon but clearly didn't bother to check what the other was planning to wear as they both showed up in dark jeans and black vest.
The only thing telling the style twins apart was the difference in hair length as Kate keeps hers long while Victoria sticks to the signature bob.
The pair have bonded since the former Spice Girl arrived in Los Angeles last year, with the actress recently spotted happily wearing a pair of her pal's dVb designer jeans.

Kate moved to Los Angeles five years ago after meeting her film director husband Len Wiseman.
The Posh effect appears to have taken hold once again as it seems anyone who befriends the star ends up looking exactly like her.
Victoria has also exerted her fashion influence over Katie Holmes as the actress has been taking style tips from Posh since she moved to LA.
