But when it came to a day at the polo Jade Goody knew just what to wear and how to wear it.

The reality tv star attended the Duke of Essex Tournament yesterday dressed in classic monochrome and a headpiece reminiscent of those worn previously by Kate Middleton and Chelsy Davy.

Looking tanned and happy, the 27-year-old joined C-list pal Danielle Lloyd at the event at Gaynes Park in Epping, Surrey.

Like her friend, the sometimes WAG had opted for a more classic look than she usually prefers, wearing a strapless ivory dress.

Also in attendance were model Caprice and former Atomic Kitten Liz McClarnon who both went for printed maxi-dresses.

Amid rumours of a comeback tour, former Blue stars Simon Webbe and Antony Costa were in the crowd at the glamorous event, looking dapper in their suits.

Elsewhere among the throngs of people enjoying the day out were Eastenders' Gemma Bissix, 'Allo 'Allo star Vicki Michelle and Queer Eye for a Straight Guy presenter Julian Bennett were also seen.
