Don't forget your roots: Lily Allen goes back to black
Updated 11:26am on 8 Jul 2008
Lily Allen has reverted back to her normal self by becoming a brunette again.
The singer- who in the past few months has bleached her hair blonde then died it neon pink, then left it so that it faded into what can only be described as a cotton candy colour - went back to her natural hair colour and looked healthier than ever.
The 24-year-old went into a London studio with her wispy pink hair and later left with full brown locks cascading down her back.

Washed out: Lily Allen returns to her natural look by dying her hair brunette
If it wasn't for the thick fringe she could have looked like she stepped out of a hair advertisement, but the fullness of her hair compared to when she went in begs the question whether extensions had been added.
Could her calmer hair colour spell happiness for troubled Allen?
After breaking up with her long term boyfriend Ed Simons form the Chemical brothers, Lily's partying became as wild as her hair colour .

Leaving it behind: The singer leaves her car after her hair raising experience
But the couple were seen cosying up at the Glastonbury Festival last month and now Lily has toned down her loud hair colour.
Lily was apparently seeking comfort in her on-off boyfriend after learning her grandmother had died.
She dedicated a song to her late grandmother at the festival where she performed with Mark Ronson.
All change: Lily was a blonde at the Cannes Film Festival in May and pink at the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards in June

I love her natural colour, but sometimes change is good. I don't think there hair extensions (she just wears it up most of the time) and..... there hasn't been any real report that Lily Allen is seeing anyone, (it might be press hype) either way that's her business not theirs. Her friends certainly won't run to the press to tell them anything and.. she doesn't have reps or people (Well just Emily) and her close friends.
