Stand back everybody  -  here comes Amy!

Cementing her reputation as a star not to be messed with, the 24-year-old got into her third brawl in two weeks - with her own minder.

Returning home from the Good Mixer, one of her regular Camden haunts, Amy hit her waiting bodyguard directly in the face last night.

Smack: Just hours after being accused of hitting someone in a London pub, Amy Winehouse turns on her own minder

Ouch: Amy gives the minder a slap as she walks past

And by the looks of things he felt the full force of her hand, grimacing in pain as she went in for another blow.

Wearing red shorts and a 1950's style black shirt, Amy looked glamorous but dishevelled as she entered her North London abode leaving the unlucky minder behind her.

But he can take solace in the knowledge he's not the only one to have been on the receiving end of Amy's temper.

She was seen striking a fan outside her Camden flat, claiming he had pinched her bottom.

Prior to this, the singer hit out at another fan after he touched her beehive at Glastonbury.

Now, judging by the pictures last night, she is taking on her own security staff.

Leave the girl alone! She's clearly suffering and has problems! having cameras flashed in her face all day isn't going to help! Who cares if she got drunk n stumbled home? Who hasn't? Having to read about every mistake you make in the papers n magazines would be hard for anyone. She may have chosen to be in the public eye but she clearly needs space

Err no, she brings out cups of tea to waiting press - hardly sounds like somebody who's hounded, does it? She also does bizarre things when she knows they care camped outside for the media coverage. Don't think she wants to be left alone.

- Kitt, London

Is there any word about the security guard she assaulted? Is there an advocacy group in Britain that's doing anything about this? Amy Winehouse has gone too FAR!

- Rikki, USA

Why have the police not arrested her? This looks to me like assault! Amy Winehouse is a lowlife and I don't understand this paper's obsession with her. She is not funny, she is not interesting, she is not news! She belongs in a criminal institution for the insane!

- Paula, London, UK

who still cares about this novelty act?

- Al Stuart, Ealing

I agree she's got too big for her boots and constant media coverage (good or bad) isn't going to help her ego much. Let her waste away without the publicity.

So give it to her and perhaps she'll have a chance to clean up her act. Next thing all be Amy having a break down and shaving her hair off. Leave her be!

- Charmar, Essex

Drugs and alcohol easily explain this behaviour, I know, I went through it myself in my twenties. Hopefully she'll find a way out, as I did, but with so much at her disposal it's more likely that we'll be reading her obituary rather than articles about her philanthropy.

All you can say to this is YUK YUK YUK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- Nicole, Scotlans

Can we please stop giving her media coverage as frankly I'm bored of this talentless drug addict. She needs to be committed as soon as possible and then wiped from our mind until she sorts herself out! Lets have some coverage for the real talented artists out there!

- Dan, London

I'm beginning to think this madame's gotten too big for her boots. I love her music but there's no excuse to get violent with people (other than the paps which is somewhat understandable)!
