Football star Peter Crouch and girlfriend Abbey Clancy have taken their romance to the high seas while on a romantic getaway in Ibiza.

The affectionate couple took turns massaging each other as they soaked up the sun aboard the deck of a sail boat.

At one point the WAG, who was dressed in a string bikini, offered the footballer reprieve from the pelting rays as she lay across his back.

It's the second luxury break in as many months for the couple.

They jetted off to the Caribbean in early June after Peter found himself with rather a lot of time on his hands following England's failure to qualify for the Euro 2008 tournament.

But Clancy's extended holiday will soon come to an end as she gears up to host a new fashion show for ITV2.

She is joining forces with presenter George Lamb and fellow model Michelle de Swarte to host the new series called The Fashion Project.

Following a similar format to the BBC's famed car programme Top Gear, each episode will feature celebrity guest, segments testing fashion favourites and high street bargains, and a studio audience obsessed with the subject.

The show will air in the autumn.

Clancy has been desperately trying to make the crossover from WAG and model into television.

She appeared in the last series of ITV1 cookery hit Hell's Kitchen and also had a reality series on Living TV with Janice Dickinson.

Entitled Abbey And Janice: Beauty And The Best, it followed Clancy's attempts to break the LA modelling scene.
