You'd think that with a boob job, lipo and Botox, Jade Goody would be satisfied with her looks - but it seems the pneumatic reality TV star is taking her quest for perfection one step further with ambitious plans for a tummy tuck and boob lift.

But she insists the work is necessary. Following a boob job in 2006 which took her bust from a 36C to a DD, it seems gravity has taken its toll.

'My boobs have got quite saggy, so I want an uplift and a breast reduction to a 36D,' Jade told Closer magazine.

'I want my nipples to be right under my chin - at the moment they're by my ankles!' she joked.

The 27-year-old's experience of liposuction has also proved unsuccessful.

Despite undergoing the procedure in 2006, Jade has insisted that she'll never have it again. 'It just didn't work for my body', she explained.

Her two pregnancies have also resulted in loose skin around the stomach, which, despite a healthy diet and exercise, Jade has been unable to shift.

'After having two kids, I've got this awful jelly belly, which is just loose skin. No matter how many sit-ups I do, it just won't budge,' she said.

The Big Brother star is hoping to go from a dress size 12-14 to a size 10, and intends for the tummy tuck to be a reward for her efforts.

I'm on a low-carb diet and exercising regularly,' she said of her regime.

'When I reach my ideal weight I'll go under the knife.'

Regular Botox injections, by comparison, seem to have had more positive effects.

Since her split from Jack Tweed in April, she is rumoured to have bagged herself a toyboy.

Jade has remained secretive about the details in order not to jinx the relationship, though she is said to have been dating 25-year-old businessman Tony Cianciola for the past two months.

'All I'll say is he's lovely and we're having a good time,' she commented.
