The writ hits the Lohan: Lindsay served with legal papers on movie set

Lindsay Lohan got a nasty surprise on the set of her new film as a man attempted to serve her with legal papers.
The 22-year-old actress had just arrived to film scenes for her comedy Labour Pains when a man, allegedly disguised as a paparazzo, approached with the documents —
believed to be for a suit involving her close friend Samantha Ronson.
But he was held back by Lindsay’s bodyguard after she refused to take them, letting them fall to the ground before she walked on to the set in Los Angeles yesterday.

Witnesses claim Lohan told the server 'it’s not my lawsuit, she pulled her arm away, and her bodyguard grabbed the subpoena server's arm.'
The incident took place not long after the actress got onto the set but Lohan simply walked back to her trailer, telling the real paparazzi nearby that 'it's not my lawsuit.'
