Short skirts, long extensions and fake tans were out on show as Big Brother best friends Chanelle Hayes and Chantelle Houghton set out in search of fun in London last night.

The D-list duo, co-ordinated in black and white frocks, hit their favourite celebrity haunt Nobu Berkeley for a girls' night out.

The pair have become inseparable over the past year after bonding over their mutual broken hearts.

Chanelle says: 'I love Chantelle, she’s so, so nice. People are really mean about her for no reason.

'She knows exactly what it’s like because she was in a relationship and then she got screwed over by Preston, and I got screwed over by Ziggy .'

But Chanelle has her share of enemies too - a war of words is brewing between her and BB 9's first evictee Stephanie McMichael.

She says: 'I know Steph has made comments about how she doesn’t want to go down the same career path as me and, to be honest, I think she should be pretty careful about what she says.

'At the end of the day it’s over a year since I was in the Big Brother house and I am still working'.

'When she’s done hundreds of photoshoots, released her own perfume, a single, had two TV shows and two calendars, then she can come back and say that she doesn’t want a career like mine.'
