Brigitte Nielsen appears to making some headway in her quest to hold back the years as she stepped out in London last night looking a million dollars.
She revealed her amazing transformation as she arrived at West End club Dolce with her boyfriend Massi Detti for the Fashion Police party, wearing her trademark platinum blonde quiff, and immaculately applied make-up.
Dressed in a tight black mini dress, and a yellow mini mac, Brigitte revealed her reduced assets, and smooth face as she lapped up the attention.

The 44-year-old had in the past looked as if she'd gone ten rounds with Rocky, but recently over two million Germans tuned in to watch the ex-wife of Sly Stallone rejuvenate her aged body with a dramatic programme of plastic surgery - all on television.
The actress turned reality show veteran, signed up for a televised bid to look young again in show 'From Old to New: Brigitte Nielsen in the Celebrity Clinic'.
Viewers are spared no detail, as the show saw Brigitte undergo liposuction on her thighs, Botox treatment and a breast reduction.

Brigitte said: 'I know I am the first female celebrity in the world who has allowed herself to be filmed like that in an operating theatre.
'I know I will be breaking a taboo. But I’m sure that it will provoke a new discussion. It’s time things change. I feel 30 and want to look that way again.'
Brigitte's ultimate goal is to strip off for Playboy again, 20 years after she first graced the magazine's cover.

I don't think a body that is 44 is aged. I also think she could have got the same look with a bit of dieting and avoiding a well known energy drink.
