Skinny Spice: Mel B reveals her dramatic weight loss

Former Spice Girl Mel B cut a lean figure in Hollywood yesterday as she arrived for an appearance on US chat show Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Despite coming off tour months ago, the singer looks to have kept up her fitness regime, her toned physique neatly wrapped in a daring black frock.

The 33-year-old sees a personal trainer for a 90-minute training sessions six days a week and also practises Capoeira - the Brazilian martial art - and yoga.
Aside from her punishing exercise schedule, Mel B is also working on a solo album, a clothing line and is considering taking a role in a Broadway version of Legally Blonde on Broadway.
And there's another project in the works too - a baby with husband Stephen Belafonte.
She says: 'We definitely want children. Not just yet - I think in a few years, definitely.'
Mel already has a nine-year-old daughter Phoenix with ex Jimmy Gulzar and a 15-month-old daughter Angel with actor Eddie Murphy.
