Heartbroken: Sienna Miller flew to the Virgin Islands after her break-up with Getty

Sienna Miller has fled to the Virgin Islands as her married lover reunited with his children.

The 26-year-old actress is said to be devastated after oil heir Balthazar Getty met his wife Rosetta for heart-to-heart
talks at the weekend.

She is now seeking solace at the home of her father Ed, a retired American banker who now lives in a sprawling mansion on the Caribbean archipelago.

Meanwhile Getty was reunited with his two young children when he met them for pizza in Los Angeles.

We’re told he has a calming influence on his daughter, which comes as little surprise as he is currently writing a spiritual self help book at his retreat.

Sienna’s affair with Getty, 33 , reportedly hit the rocks last week when it emerged that his 38- year-old wife, the mother of his four children, was thinking of taking him back.

The billionaire was spotted going into their Los Angeles home at the weekend, and said: 'I can’t comment. When I’m ready, I’ll issue a statement. It’s because of the children.'

Our source tells us the couple want to work things out for the sake of Cassius, eight, Grace, seven, Violet, four, and 10-month-old June.

The source added: 'Sienna felt she needed to get away from everything and try to gather her thoughts.

'A trip to her father’s was perfect because his place is private and out of the spotlight. Ed has a very calming influence on Sienna, and is the ideal man to comfort her and help her pull herself back together.'

It has been claimed that Sienna had no idea that Getty, an actor, was meeting his wife at the weekend.

In July, Getty was pictured kissing a topless Sienna on a yacht off Italy’s Amalfi Coast. They had reportedly been seeing each other since May, soon after Sienna split from Rhys Ifans.

It’s not all over between Sienna and Balthazar though, and she is expected to fly to LA to meet him soon.

This is not the first time that Miss Miller has dated a married man. Jude Law was still married to Sadie Frost when they started dating on the set of Alfie.

She was then rumoured to have become engaged to another actor, Rhys Ifans, but dumped him in June in favour of Getty.

Miss Miller is keen to be taken seriously as an actress, but her colourful love life is said to have affected her prospects in Hollywood.

Her numerous high-profile affairs have earned her the nickname Serial Miller amongst gossip columnists.

Meanwhile Rosetta Getty, who runs her own fashion house, is understood to be a powerful influence in the Los Angeles establishment, with friends including Demi Moore, Courteney Cox and Patricia Arquette.

She might be single and all of this might have been excusable were it not for the fact that she has no discretion. Plenty of people do stuff behind closed doors, but you can't flaunt it all in front of the cameras the way she does and then expect people to pity you when it all goes wrong. You certainly can't use invasion of privacy as an excuse at that point anyway after you're happy to take your top off in public kissing a married man, regardless of whether his behaviour was wrong. Plenty of famous people manage to live their lives privately. If she can't close her legs or leave her top on, then maybe she better start doing it indoors and away from the windows - people might have a modicum of sympathy when they haven't seen her whole love/sex life played out in the tabloids on a weekly basis.

I'm not a fan of Sienna Miller but I wonder how come Angelina Jolie didn't get so much bad press and vitriol when she stole Aniston's husband? Okay there were no kids involved but is she any different to Sienna?

Yes, he is to blame as well, but she knew when she felt attracted to him that he was married with 4 young children. That's should have been reason enough for her to back off and not get into a preventable situation with him. It was the children she should have thought of. To think only of herself was selfish, but sadly we live in a horribly selfish society these days.

Why is everyone blaming her for their affair. He was the married man with three children but I have not read one single article blaming him - only her! She's hardly a tart because she's dated 3 men - Jude Law cheated on her so no wonder she left him, if she wasn't in love with Rhys Ifans then she had every right to end her relationship with him. And what on earth makes her a parasite? She earns her own living and doesn't sponge of anyone. And yes, not great to date a married man but actually HE'S the one people should be blaming... not her! Get a grip for God's sake!

The guy cheated on his wife. She is single. He's to blame. End of story. She's not some kind of irresistible force, she's cute, silly little girl.

It was also takes 2 to tango. Why only blame Sienna? Those husbands were not forced into anything.
If Sienna was a young male actor, you would not be so quick to judge.

She's as cheap as chips and he's just vinegar doing that to his wife who has a ten-month old baby...

Shades of what Carla Bruni did to Jerry Hall.

I hope she ends up with a third world dictator for her sins!

Don't be too quick to judge, it takes two to tango and why is it always the female is the bad one here? Why is she the tart?

Don't judge people when you don't know them... there are three people that are hurt in this, and there is never a wrong or a right ... relationships are a strange thing!

Hope they all find a way of sorting out their lives out, and the press should just let them be!

I never really liked Sienna Miller until she started to go out with Rhys Ifans, but now she's gone back to be her usual tarty self.
She should be ashamed of herself and stop pursuing other women' husbands.

Looks like at least one person has realised what a parasite she is and run for the hills before it's too late.
