Paris Hilton takes her roller-coaster romance to new heights

Updated 10:01am on 6 Aug 2008

With money no object, the search for thrills must be challenge.

But for heiress Paris Hilton, the simple fun of a roller-coaster still holds its appeal.

The star hit the rides with boyfriend Benji Madden while on a visit to the Tivoli Gardens amusement park in the Danish capital yesterday.

Hand up if you're having fun: Paris Hilton enjoys a ride on a roller-coaster in Denmark but boyfriend Benji Madden didn't appear to take well to heights

The 27-year-old was all smiles as they toured the venue, but Benji didn't appear to be such a fan of heights, barely mustering a smile as their carriage plunged up and down.

Paris arrived in Copenhagen on Monday to promote her new collection of handbags at an international fashion house.

Despite her obvious enjoyment of childhood pleasures, Paris insists she's matured in recent months thanks to her new relationship.

New heights: The pair then took to the skies on a ferris wheel

She says: 'I just feel like a grown-up now.

'I think my whole life I was kind of living as a teenager and not really taking responsibility.

'Now I realize that I'm an adult and I'm running a huge company and I'm in love. I'm in a great relationship. I have my family. I'm just excited for life.'

But she stops short of wedding talk, insisting the pair are in no rush to walk down the aisle.

She added: 'We're so in love and so happy right now and it's only been like six months.

'So we'll see what happens, but we're so in love and so happy and things have never been better. I finally have a nice guy.'

Thrill seeker: Paris looked eager for more but Benji didn't share her enthusiasm
