The Factory Girl star, 26, devastated Rhys when she called time on their 10-month relationship in early June - just weeks before she started dating married father-of-four Balthazar Getty.

The couple have faced a barrage of criticism over their relationship after they were pictured cavorting on a yacht together.

Balthazar later issued a statement confirming that he had separated from his wife Rosetta.
