Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger made sure she had a strong grip on boyfriend Lewis Hamilton.

The 30-year-old star grasped her Formula One beau's arm in a loving clinch as they arrived at Los Angeles airport.

The amorous pair looked happy and relaxed as they embarked on a trip, which saw lucky Lewis also accompanied by Nicole's bandmates Jessica Sutta,  Melody Thornton, and Kimberly Wyatt.

Nicole was dressed casually in cut-off trousers and a vest top, accessorised with a white trilby hat, animal print bag and matching sandals.

F1 ace Lewis threw a casual arm around his girlfriend's shoulders as he pushed a trolley carrying three extremely large suitcases.

Either Nicole hasn't mastered the art of packing lightly or the chivalrous star was carting the cases for his girlfriend's mates.

The pair have been dating for around six months and arrived together at Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday party  in London's Hyde Park in June.

They were first linked last November after they were spotted together at the MTV Music Video Awards in Munich, Germany.

However Hamilton went on to start dating Miss Grenada Vivian Burkhardt before switching his attentions to the Pussycat Dolls frontwoman, who joined the driver at the Monaco Grand Prix.
