Toby ready to bloom in Monty Don's role at Gardener's World

Toby Buckland has been confirmed as the new main presenter of Gardeners' World on BBC2 after Monty Don stood down earlier this year due to ill health.
Buckland has presented and guest-presented several gardening shows, including Gardeners' World Live, Home Front In The Garden, and Real Wrecks for the BBC, as well as RHS Garden Challenge and Weed It & Reap for UKTV Style.
His Ethical Garden at this year's Gardeners' World Live event won him gold and Best in Show.

He said: 'To be asked to be the new presenter of Gardeners' World, following in the footsteps of greats such as Geoff Hamilton, Alan Titchmarsh and Monty Don, is a complete thrill and honour.'
In May, Don - who had fronted the programme for five years - stepped down after suffering a minor stroke.
The new series starts next month.
