Katie Holmes slips into boy jeans for 10th time in a fortnight (but they can't be Tom's as she has to turn them up!)
Last updated at 18:54pm on 14.08.08For every young mum juggling a hectic work schedule and the demands of motherhood can be tough but Katie Holmes seems to have perfected the art of both, even it means she has to neglect her sense of style and wear her husband's jeans.
As she left the New York rehearsals for Broadway play All My Sons the mother-of-one was pictured wearing yet another pair of baggy turned-up boyfriend jeans, that would look more at home on husband Tom Cruise, an equally masculine checked shirt, teamed with loafers, a grey scarf and huge sunglasses.
Earlier in the day the actress was seen arriving in pair of glamorous gladiator heels that looked out of place with the rest of the rather dishevelled outfit.

Since rehearsals began two weeks ago Katie appears to have ditched her usual fashion finesse for a more comfortable wardrobe of baggy jeans, slouchy T-shirts and a selection of mismatching footwear. In fact, in the last two weeks Mrs Cruise has worn an array of slouchy jeans on 10 separate occasions.
According to Tom and Katie's stylist, Jeanne Yang, the jeans are from part of the Prps. denim range which features a camouflage lining and turned pocket detail and do belong to Mrs Cruise's husband.
But Katie may not have to keep borrowing Tom's jeans for long as the clothing brand is launching a women's range this autumn.

Between rehearsals Katie's made sure she's made time for two-year-old daughter Suri, with outings to the park, a spot of trampolining as well as a visit to Broadway show Mary Poppins.
And whether it's for comfort, ease or just plain laziness, on every outing Katie's sported her current wardrobe staple of choice - denim.
From baggy, man jeans to super skinny styles, high-waisted to rolled up - faded, black, stonewash and indigo, when it comes to denim Mrs Cruise can't say no.

I think she looks fantastic and I can't see what all the fuss is about just because she is wearing baggy jeans which she's worn more than once (which most of us do!).

And if I was pictured on my days off you'd probably see me wearing jeans most days - like most people. It's refreshing that she is wearing them over again rather than most celebs who wear something different each time they're pictured.
