Being voted one of the world's sexiest woman must put a girl under a lot of pressure.
And Jennifer Love Hewitt is no exception.
The Ghost Whisper actress was criticised for her weight gain after bikini photos showed she had piled on the pounds.
But the star, who ranked 14 in an FHM poll, has shed a stone and four pounds in ten weeks and revealed her new slimline figure in a photo shoot this week.

The 29-year-old achieved the dramatic weight loss after working out with a personal trainer Stevie Sant'Angelo.
She told US magazine: 'I am in a pretty good workout regimen that I like, so it inspired me to keep it up. The energy level and the way I feel now is great.'
The star's trainer told US magazine: 'With her, it's not, 'I want to look good in that dress.'

'She wanted to start moving around because she thought it would make her feel better.
'She told me, 'They said some rude, mean things, but that's not why I wanted to change.'
At the time unflattering bikini pictures of her emerged Jennifer denied she was bothered by her weight and said she loved her body.

The actress spoke out about the media's obsession with size zero figures, saying: 'I've sat by in silence for a long time now about the way women's bodies are constantly scrutinized.
'To set the record straight, I'm not upset for me, but for all of the girls out there that are struggling with their body image.
'A size 2 is not fat! Nor will it ever be. And being a size 0 doesn't make you beautiful.'
She urged other women to be proud of their bodies saying: 'I know what I look like, and so do my friends and family.
'And like all women out there should, I love my body.
'To all girls with butts, boobs, hips and a waist, put on a bikini - put it on and stay strong.'
