What a carry-on! Trinny is ferried to her car to avoid smudging her toenail polish

Updated 23:29pm on 22 Aug 2008

She is in danger of losing her lucrative TV deal, having flopped in the ratings.

But Trinny Woodall can still command star treatment.

When forced to leave the house before her toenail polish dried, she had her chauffeur carry her to the car.

The presenter had her toe-spacers on, to prevent any smudges.

Her driver looked more than happy to oblige, given that his load was a light one.

Rail-thin Miss Woodall, 44, has often bemoaned the fact she lacks the curves of her fashion partner Susannah Constantine.

By the time she had been tucked safely away, however, the chauffeur was grimacing a little.

Miss Woodall's professional and private life have been the subject of speculation recently.

Her Undress the Nation show for ITV with Miss Constantine has attracted less than three million viewers.

During their glory days at the BBC with What Not To Wear, they attracted more than seven million viewers.

Sources at ITV revealed this week that Trinny and Susannah are unlikely to have their lucrative contract renewed.

There have also been fears about the state of Miss Woodall's nine-year marriage to Johnny Elichaoff, after she was seen out without her wedding ring.
