Strapless dress leaves Keira Knightley looking more flat-chested than ever at film premiere

Keira Knightley looked thinner than ever as she arrived at the Canadian premiere of her film The Duchess last night.
The British actress wore a grey strapless flowing chiffon gown, which only served to highlight her jutting cheekbones and tiny frame.
She cut a lean figure as she greeted her fans on the red carpet at the Toronto Film Festival.

Flat-chested: Keira cuts a gaunt and distinctly un-busty figure at her premiere in Toronto yesterday
The 23-year-old beauty has been travelling around the world to promote her new movie.
She stars as Georgiana Spencer, the Duchess of Devonshire, who becomes part of a love triangle after her marriage to the Duke, played by Ralph Fiennes.
Last week Keira revealed that she had been left 'jumpy' and feeling vulnerable after an encounter with a stranger turned into a vicious verbal attack.

No hangups: Keira did nothing to hide her flat-chested appearance as she donned a figure-hugging charcoal outfit
She said: 'The other day I was walking down the street and was really thinking about this book I'd been sent. You know when you're really in another place. Somebody jumped out and went, 'Keira Knightley!'
'I got such a shock, I couldn't say anything because I'd been thinking about the book and this guy took incredible offence and started hurling the most amazing abuse.
Hectic: Keira has been constantly travelling to promote her new film, in which she co-stars with Ralph Fiennes. She was greeted by hundreds of fans in Toronto
'He said, "Who the f**k do you think you f**king are? You're such a c***."
'All this, and I'm completely on my own.'

Keira's pronounced bone structure was on show in her strapless gown. Here, she soaks up the applause with co-star Ralph Fiennes

Keira doesn't need breasts to be pretty. She's perfectly beautiful with a flat chest and she knows it. I wish there were more women like her who realised that plastic is ugly and small is beautiful.

I agree, big chested does not equal beauty, and I think it's awesome that she doesn't feel the need to fake bigger breasts, or that she hasn't had plastic surgery for a bigger size.

She's perfectly beautiful as she is; big boobs would be kind of weird-looking on a frame like hers. It's a pity the word "gaunt" was used here, as it implies something she is not. One can tell by her face and arms that she is simply a slender person and not "undernourished."

And why should she hide her flat chest. Her appeal is not in her bust size. So you think busty is best do you and if you are flat chested you should hide yourself.
