Yesterday it was Posh's new elfin crop, today it is Natalie Imbruglia who has unveiled a new look with a short blonde crop.

And the Australian popstar seems to have taken inspiration from Victoria Beckham, with her new hairdo echoing Posh's former Pob.

The 33-year-old Torn singer was named the world's most beautiful woman in 2004 in a poll by water company Evian. Her natural brunette beauty impressed a panel of fashion experts, artists and photographers.

But now Natalie, who found fame in the soap Neighbours, has ditched the natural look.

After splitting from Silverchair frontman Daniel Johns after four years of marriage in January the singer seems to be concentrating on her appearance.

The Australian actress, who sold her £2.2million mansion in Los Angeles last year, has told friends she has ruled out a reconciliation with Johns.

She is now considering selling her Spanish-style country house in Windsor to buy a smaller property she has found in Notting Hill, West London.

And with her new look she appears to be ready to start afresh in every area of her life.
