The nominations for the annual BT Digital Music Awards have been revealed.
Competition for the 19 categories is fiercer than ever – with Kylie Minogue and Bloc Party leading the way with three nominations each followed by Coldplay and Radiohead with two.
The Hoosiers, Alphabeat, Kylie, Sam Beeton and The Ting Tings are in the running for Best Pop Artist. Wiley, Akala, Beardyman, M.I.A. and Roots Manuva are up for Best Urban Artist; with Bloc Party taking on Coldplay, Ida Maria, Radiohead and The Futureheads for Best Rock/Indie Artist.
Other awards include Best Radio Station, Best Music Store and Best Music Magazine.
Perhaps the most sought after award is Artist of the Year, which last year was won by Funeral For A Friend. This year Kylie, Coldplay and Radiohead will go head to head with Leona Lewis and British Sea Power for the coveted award.
The awards will be held at Camden's Roundhouse on Wednesday 1st October. Fans will be able to catch all the action when the awards are broadcast on ITV2 on 7th October.

Kylie, stop with the surgery already! You're a beautiful woman and don't need it. You are beginning to look like Mrs Wildenstein
