Pamela Anderson nearly gives Hugh Hefner a heart attack

But Playboy boss Hugh Hefner enjoyed his 82nd birthday surprise from his ultimate Bunny. Anderson, 41, who has graced 12 Playboy covers - more than anyone - arrived at his party wearing only high heels and a smile.
The former Baywatch star presented Hefner with a cake and gave him a kiss followed by a birthday lapdance.

The party scenes are shown for the first time in the fifth series of The Girls Next Door, a US reality show which follows Hefner's three girlfriends who live with him in Los Angeles.

His birthday was celebrated in April at the Playboy Club in the Palms Casino Hotel, Las Vegas.
