Contestants on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! are set to endure two more days of stormy weather in the wake of a hurricane that lashed Australia's east coast. The jungle camp escaped the worst of the storm that hit Brisbane and the Gold Coast - killing one man - but could be hit by more torrential rain and strong winds in the next 48 hours. A spokesman for the Met Office said the camp, 70 miles south of Brisbane which has been declared a natural disaster zone, could still be hit by storms.

So roo'd: Nicola McLean eating a kangaroo testicle

He added: "The rain looks likely to continue over the next few days and south of Brisbane could still be hit by storms, although not as strong as we have already seen.

"There will certainly be some heavy showers and winds that are losing strength, but could still give the contestants a miserable few more days." A spokeswoman for the show said filming would continue and added: "The celebrities are feeling a bit glum about the weather, but it hasn't affected filming."

Meanwhile, glamour model Nicola McLean, 26, asked the ITV1 show's presenters Ant and Dec whether she could get pregnant by eating a kangaroo testicle, which she did during her Bushtucker Trial.

Dear M Arsupial (great name, nearly as good as Robert Soul - work it out!), James mcardle, Al stuart (year of the cat?) and Marianne - you fair had me tittering over your comments.

The distressing thing is ............ your all right. This is a PFTBD - programmes for the brain dead!

WHAT is the point of having to eat a kanga's pecker????? Surely food from Iceland's served by Kerry would be equally awful without folk needing to chuck up watching this shizenhousen!!!

PS I dont subscribe to this mince too busy scouring the Thisislondon.co.uk pages ............... I think I am becoming obsessed with it.

I just find these postings hysterical!!

Jeez that sounds really desperate doesn't it??? Hey James you got any whiskey and sleeping pills left I can have????

torrential rain and strong winds .... not even as if they'd bothered going away, then?

- Marianne, SW France

No wonder Amy Winehouse goes out all the time! Nowt decent on the telly.

- Al Stuart, Ealing

Some half decent entertainment would be nice, i'd rather see a storm than people I've never heard of eating crock-co*k- wow! What great TV, thank god I found some whiskey and sleeping pills to take my mind off of it....has anyone seen the the razor blades...?

- James Mcardle, London

Would anyone even notice if these non entities were washed away by a storm?
