Luke Worrall confirmed he is engaged to Kelly Osbourne — and the brave mite even asked her father Ozzy for permission.

The 18-year-old model was at the Mahiki restaurant launch party last night, where he told us: “Yes, I did everything properly. I did it the traditional way two weeks ago. Before I asked Kelly to marry me, I asked her dad which was quite scary. I get on really well with her family though. Once I got the go ahead it wasn't too bad from there.”

Kelly is over in LA, where she was spotted with the puppy Luke bought her last week. Isn't young love grand?
