Hot Rod Stewart, what's with the outfit?
Last updated at 12:25pm on 25.11.08Rod Steward looked like a member of some weird Scottish Gestapo last night in a long leather coat that covered a tartan waistcoat atop a pair of tartan shoes.

He dined out in Little Italy in Soho with his wife Penny Lancaster and daughter Kimberly.
Rod must have been happy with the meal as he gave the manager a kiss on his way out.
