Big surprise is just a lot of hot air from Kate Moss

We hear that Jamie Hince will be getting high on his birthday - because Kate Moss has booked him a hot-air balloon trip. The champagne flight is part of a three-day celebration the supermodel has planned for her man's 40th.

Guests have been told to arrive at her Cotswolds home next Friday to prepare for a monumental three-day bender.

Those invited include Jamie's Kills bandmate Alison Mosshart, Primal Scream frontman Bobbie Gillespie and former Clash star Mick Jones.

Our source said: "Kate has organised several champagne f lights for the guests over the Oxfordshire countryside, and wants to have 'happy birthday' streamers hanging down from the balloon baskets.

"The whole celebration is going to last three days, and guests have been warned it's going to be one heck of a bender. There is going to be lots of jamming going on between all of the musicians, and Kate has promised 'madness'. She has arranged a treasure hunt on quad bikes for everyone, with stashes of ' something nice' promised for the winners."

We wonder what that could be? Copies of The X Factor single perhaps?

Those party-goers with children need not fear. They have been told to drop their kids off at the cottage of Kate's pals Rose Ferguson and J a ke Cha pma n three miles away, where they will be looked after by four nannies.

Kate and Jamie are currently in China, where they attended the Vogue awards in Beijing. Rumours are starting to circulate that Kate, 34, might be pregnant after a few telling signs emerged. She hasn't been seen drinking for a while

(well, not since the Eye saw her getting absolutely blotto on red wine at Shoreditch House two weeks ago), she has been covering up her belly, and was spotted cramming a burger into her mouth - not something we're used to seeing.
