So is Pete Doherty trying to make Kate Moss 'Jalouse'?
Last updated at 15:42pm on 08.01.09Addled rocker Pete Doherty was spotted "getting fresh" with a young fan last night - right under the nose of his former flame Kate Moss.
The Babyshambles frontman was in a clinch with the unidentified brunette at Jazz After Dark in Soho. Only metres away was a portrait of the Croydon supermodel, painted by the venue's resident artist Sam Shaker.

But Pete seemed unfazed by the nearby image of his famous ex-lover, concentrating his attention on his new friend - who shared a cab with him at the end of the night.
Earlier in the evening he had performed at Jalouse nightclub in Mayfair with his band - and there were suggestions that he might have broken his New Year resolution of staying off the drugs.
One gig-goer told us: "Pete was in quite a bad way. He gave up playing half way through songs, and was clearly intoxicated by something.

He then played an impromptu version of Happy Birthday.
But Pete wasn't that bothered about the birthday girl after the gig, as he flirted outrageously with a couple of blonde girls backstage. Then it was the "lucky" brunette who gained his attention...

I would have thought Pete has moved on by now.
It seems to be the media's need to try and associate them all the time.
I must say he has been in a better place since dropping scrawny Kate and her hangers on. He's looking a lot better (not great) but better.
I think he's a very talented young man, who is gripped by the demon which seems to have a strangle hold on his wellbeing. I cant imagine being addicted to anything so horrific as herion and hope to God I never do.
It must be a living hell.
