First, model Karolina Kurkova cosied up to the Little Britain star last night. Then Strictly Come Dancing diva Lisa Snowdon grabbed him for a miniclinch. But Walliams, 37, only had eyes for his 18-year-old girlfriend Lauren Budd. They were pictured holidaying in the Caribbean last month.

Our spy at the awards, held at Big Sky studios in Holloway, said the comedian was a perfect gent, adding: "There were a lot of models at the bash, and a lot of them were trying it on with David and asking for pictures with him. "He was very nice and politely turned them down, and only really had time for Lauren. They left together at about 11pm." The annual do, now in its 12th year, is regarded as "the Oscars of fashion".
