Victoria, 34, is celebrating after fashion critics gave her own design collection the thumbs-up this week. She is becoming an important figure at New York Fashion Week and joined the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Bono, Josh Hartnett and Liam Neeson last night at the launch of the Armani store on Fifth Avenue.

Rabbit run: Armani guests had to run the gauntlet of animal activists

Like the rest of the guests she had to battle her way through a crowd of animal rights protesters, dressed as giant bunnies. Whether fellow guest Peaches Geldof's cream coat was real fur or not, the newly-single 19-year-old played it safe and later chose to take it off.
