Kate Moss' outfit was something of a basic error last night, as she repeatedly spilled out of her low-necked top.

Of course, the model is fairly used to nuding up for her job as an international supermodel - but she usually gets paid to do so. Naturally, we weren't hearing any complaints from her chum Sir Philip Green, who enjoyed her company at his birthday bash at Annabel's nightclub in Mayfair.

Kate, 35, got to keep the jacket after a YSL photoshoot in Paris yesterday. It's a shame she couldn't have grabbed something else to wear underneath.

Oh dear this is the sort of thing that separates Kelly Brook from the also rans. Kelly thinks a wardrobe malfunction is a squeaky hinge. Kate really should know better as this is not pretty for any of us.
