Paul McCartney provides a ½ - price signature

Paul McCartney has faced accusations of being a little frugal with his fortune in the past, so it was very amusing to see a fan shove an autograph book under his nose with a "half price" sticker on the front.

It's hard to say what emotion Sir Paul is trying to display on this face, but we're certain his girlfriend Nancy Shevell looks bored as she takes a back seat. The couple were at The Boat That Rocked premiere, and boyband McFly admitted they didn't have the guts to ask Macca for an autograph.

A friend said: "It was really sweet. They were standing near him, but were completely star struck. They just chickened out."
