Noel Fielding was a bit of an unlikely guest at the Galaxy British Book Awards - we're more used to seeing him rolling out of The Groucho Club in Soho with a couple of beauties.

He was on his best behaviour as he went to the Grosvenor House bash with his Mighty Boosh co-star Julian Barratt, sipping champagne while dressed in his usual foppish get-up. Their title The Mighty Book Of Boosh was up for the non-fiction award, but it missed out to Kate Summerscale's The Suspicions Of Mr Whicher.
