Updated 14:11pm on 6 May 2009Has the credit crunch hit Stella McCartney? The designer wore a lacy skirt at Time magazine's 100 Most Influential People gala in New York last night - and our sharp-eyed fashionistas started pointing and shouting.

And they were right, Stella seems to have made two outfits from the same set of lace curtains - and wore them on consecutive nights (a fashion faux pas, surely!).

Yuk, she looks a mess! She always looks a little rough round the edges a bit like Kate Moss. Never quite polished enough.
