Glamour model Katie Price and husband Peter Andre are separating after four-and-a-half years of marriage, their spokesman said today.

Price, 30, better known as Jordan, and her Australian husband, have been subject to months of speculation surrounding the break-down of their marriage.
The couple have two children, four-year-old son Junior Savva Andreas and 23-month-old daughter Princess Tiáamii together.
Andre, 36, also helped raise Harvey, her disabled six-year-old son with the footballer Dwight Yorke.
ITV reality series Katie and Peter: Stateside has documented their frequent arguments but until now Price and Andre denied rumours of their separation.
Stateside is the most recent of their fly-on-the wall documentaries. The pair were under the spotlight for their 'sexually explicit' behaviour on their previous show Katie and Peter: The Next Chapter. Price and Andre talked frankly about their sex lives and reenacted sex scenes, while fully clothed, on the programme.
Price started off as glamour model Jordan and has shown herself to be a formidable businesswoman, turning her hand to writing, designing and horse riding.
She is also well-known for her outspoken nature and candid interviews. On Piers Morgan's Life Stories in March, she revealed how, when she was younger, she was sexually abused by a man in a park.
Her lavish, fairytale wedding to Australian singer Andre in 2005 saw her don a huge dress and travel in a Cinderella-style carriage.
Before going on I'm A Celebrity... Andre was best known as a one-hit wonder with his anthem Mysterious Girl.
In 2006 he released a duets album with his wife - titled A Whole New World. All proceeds went to their chosen charities, associated with Harvey's health conditions. The record debuted at Number 20 in the UK album chart and achieved platinum status.
On The Paul O'Grady Show, which aired in April, Price announced that she and Peter were trying for another child.
The pair, who recently ran the London Marathon together, were photographed looking like a loving couple on Saturday evening. They were snapped holding hands during a night out at trendy London restaurant Nobu.
However, the previous evening, Price was snapped looking more like her alter ego Jordan, flashing her cleavage during a raucous night out in Bristol.
Despite today's announcement many still think this won't be the end for Price and Andre's marriage.
William Hill have offered odds of 2/1 that the couple will get back together this year and 6/1 that they renew their wedding vows for a glossy magazine.
The bookie is also taking bets on the profession of Price's next man - and has made an actor the 5/2 favourite.
Price has transformed her looks in recent months and William Hill is making a plastic surgeon the second favourite man she will hook up with, at 4/1.
Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams said: "Although a sad day for the couple, you would think that a number of lads will be getting their glad rags out."

Very sad announcement with three children involved. I hope for the sake of the children, this is ammicable.
However, not shocked as watching their LA trip on TV, the way Andre speaks to Kate is beyond disgusting - but then they are as bad as each other!!
Anyway, good luck to them both for their future paths.

I dont know how on earth Pete stuck her for so long. She is a nightmare and has treated him terribly as seen on their tv shows.
He is a lovely dedicated family man and I reckon she will make his life a misery when he finally finds a decent woman.
She is starting to look more and more like Pete Burns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its going to be like learning to walk again for him.If he works hard he may be able to wear the pants again in a relationship instead of being the girlie.Not surprised she dumped him,which girl really wants a girlie as a husband.

It has run it's course, they cannot milk anymore money from the marriage. They can now start to milk money from the breakup "my heartake at break" sort of rubbish. Society as a whole, is in the drain.

I really am gutted for them and hope for the children's sake they can work at it. I love watching them and was screaming for them at the London Marathon! It made my day seeing them. We are all thinking of you Katie & Pete. x

What a shame - I have seen them both separately doing PA's and Peter seems like such a nice bloke - she was a bit more scary. I think people like watching their tv shows on the quiet!

i guess they're short of publicity. No doubt they'll appear in Heat or Ok to tell the world their side of the story, and I suspect its a fiar bet that they will get back together in a blaze of publicity and sell that story (or attempt to)
