Photos of the model flashing her cleavage and cosying up to the handsome man in a Bristol nightclub were said to have been "the last straw" for her furious husband.
But dressage rider Spencer Wilton, 35, says he is no threat to Andre as he is in a happy relationship with another man. He told Horse & Hound magazine'swebsite he was on a "perfectly innocent, fun night out" with Price - better known as model Jordan - and other riding pals after the Badminton Horse Trials on Friday.
But new pictures from that night surfaced today, showing Price, 30, drunkenly flaunting herself around a pole in another club. She is also caught on camera in a close embrace with another girl. Andre, 36, is said to be fed up with her party-loving lifestyle and filing for divorce.
It was reported today that the Mysterious Girl singer was frustrated after having had no sex with his wife for a year, despite her boasts about their wild bedroom antics on ITV2 reality series Katie And Peter.
Andre was also embarrassed by her cruel jokes about his body, referring to his private parts as an "acorn". He is said to have told a friend: "Half the time she didn't seem bothered if I was around."
Last night Price reportedly hit back at Andre, calling him "boring in bed", adding: "I could pop out to the shops while he's at it and he wouldn't notice." Only the day before she said she was "devastated" at Andre's decision to dump her.
Now Price is believed to have jetted off to the Maldives with the couple's two younger children - and a paparazzi crew in tow.
But could the break-up really be a publicity stunt?
As Price and Andre's marriage apparently lies in tatters, some media commentators suggested today that the whole thing is a publicity stunt.

It has been speculated that the couple could make hundreds of thousands of pounds if a reconciliation story is sold to Hello! or OK! magazine.
The coverage could also help Andre resurrect his singing career with a new album later this year. Even PR guru Max Clifford appears to be unsure about whether the split is genuine.
He said: "I think we definitely haven't seen the last of them." However, some columnists believe it is real, citing Price's ridiculing of Andre's sexual performance on last week's Graham Norton show. She complained: "The trouble with him is he can't do a quickie."
But most agree the couple's request for privacy from the paparazzi is futile, with one saying: "They sold [their privacy] off a long time ago."
