He may deny that she is his new girlfriend, but Frank Lampard spent yet another evening with Saskia Boxford last night. The couple were at Chelsea's Raffles nightclub together, leaving separately in the early hours of this morning to avoid being snapped with one another.

The Chelsea and England star, 30, insists that they are just friend but reports emerged at the weekend that they had "split up". He was said to have ditched the society girl because she was "too clingy". Now we don't want to assume too much - but you do have to be seeing someone in order to split up with them.

Our spy said: "Frank was sitting at a table with a group of male pals and Saskia. They clearly didn't want to be pictured together, as Saskia left first on her own at 3.30am. Frank and his mates followed 50 minutes later."

Despite attending the Caudwell Children Butterfly Ball in Battersea on his own earlier in the evening, Frank has been spotted on a number of dates with Saskia in the past month, and she even sat with the WaGs for England's match against Ukraine at Wembley. meanwhile, Frank's former fiancée Elen Rives was spotted yesterday wrestling with a load of Harrods bags. The Spanish beauty has recently complained about the small flat she and her two children have been forced to live in since the split with Frank.
