Pint-sized pop singer Kylie Minogue may have finally found true love with Spanish model Andres Velencoso, 31.

The pair were so loved-up during a romantic meal in the Costa Brava last night that their alfresco friskiness was turning plenty of diners' heads (and probably a few stomachs).
