Michael Jackson's alarmed siblings confronted him about his prescription drug habit before he died, the singer's brother Tito said today.

He told the Daily Mirror how he and his brothers Jackie and Randy and sisters Janet, Rebbie and La Toya burst into Jackson's Neverland ranch, knowing they "had to act".

Concerned: Tito Jackson said he and his siblings "had to act"

He said: "We bust right into the house and he was surprised to see us to say the least.

"We went into one of his private rooms and had a discussion with him. Some of us were crying.

"We kept asking him if it was true what we had heard that he was using drugs."

Although Jackson denied the rumours to his siblings and never let them see him on drugs, Tito, 55, said they were not convinced.

Hidden away: Michael Jackson never let his siblings see him on drugs

He described how Jackson's staff shut him and his siblings out of the house, even setting up roadblocks to keep them out, the newspaper reported.

Reports emerged last week that Jackson ordered staff to get him prescription drugs and travelled to other states to obtain more pills.

Los Angeles' police chief William Breton said last week that detectives investigating the pop star's death were looking at his prescription drug history and trying to talk to his numerous former doctors.

Jackson lived a very private life. So many stories will surface. I agree with you Laura. For me the only perosn I will believe on any story about Jackson will be the two people he loved the most apart from his kids; his mother and Diana Ross. Anything else is questionalble.

I only feel bad no one was there for him after the pepsi fire incident. He never really got over that and his absolute private life makes it hard to know exactly what the true situation is. If I was his mama, I would have moved in with him aftetr the accusations to take care of my son...He may still be alive, you never know!!!... Not blaming anyone...just still mourning : (

RIP Michael.

I would never believe any member of the Jackson Family would give an interview for Daily Mirror when they've put so many claims against the newspaper for untrue published news on many occassions in the past
