Director ditches Sienna Miller hippy flick
Updated 16:10pm on 21 Jul 2009A film starring Sienna Miller about Sixties British subculture has suffered another blow after its director walked out.
Hippie Hippie Shake is based on the memoirs of Oz magazine editor Richard Neville with Miller playing his girlfriend Louise Ferrier.

Shaking it up: Sienna Miller
But its director Beeban Kidron has left, following her screenwriter husband Lee Hall and citing “creative differences” during editing with the producer, Working Title.
The company insists the film will not go straight to DVD. One of the film's characters, magazine publisher Felix Dennis, described it as “the worst film to be made in the 21st century.”

That's strange seeing as test reviews of this film have been very, very positive, in fact Sienna has been described as (I quote) "Sienna was an absolute star throughout filming and her performance was flawless". Don't believe me? Here are two links to advanced reviews.

It's a shame editorial issues are keeping this film from getting a proper release. It looks promising, Cillian Murphy is a fantastic actor.

I'm sorry, but almost everything Sienna has had a part in has been terrible and she's at best a mediocre actress.
Hey, if they do release the movie, maybe she'll finally pick up a well-deserved Razzie!
