Jude Law is mobbed by young fans as he leaves Wyndham's Theatre after appearing as Hamlet.

His role as the Prince of Denmark has been particularly popular with teenagers and the theatre has even held special evenings solely for the under-26s.

The 36-year-old actor, whose film credits include Cold Mountain for which he received an Oscar nomination, has one more month to run in the production, which transferred to the West End from the Donmar Warehouse.

Critics have hailed his performance as “charismatic”. His fans clearly think so.

he's looking so beautiful.....everyone, with hardly any exceptions, have extolled his performance as hamlet. i'm certain for some who were naysayers this came as a huge surprise. he's knocking their socks off.
