Bash me if you can: Leonardo DiCaprio ‘biffs’ air hostess

We're used to seeing Leonardo DiCaprio romancing air hostesses, thanks to his role as smooth-talking conman Frank Abagnale Jr in the film Catch Me If You Can.

So we were a little surprised when Leo literally gave a flight attendant the elbow last night — sending her flying.

Conciliatory drink: Leonardo DiCaprio elbowed Kate Duckhouse by mistake

The Hollywood star, 34, was at Mayfair bar Whisky Mist, where he accidentally knocked into reveller Kate Duckhouse while working his way out through the crowd by the VIP area.

But he picked on the wrong girl, and she sent him packing with his tail between his legs, even when he offered a conciliatory drink. Wow! — there can't be many girls on the planet who would turn down a drink from lothario Leonardo.

Kate is a VIP trolley dolly and works with high-profile Middle Eastern dignitaries — whose bodyguards caught her as she stumbled.

She told us: “He was coming out of the VIP room but it was really busy. As he was walking through, he elbowed his way past and caught me in the chest. I know he didn't mean it, but it really hurt, and I would have gone head over heels if I hadn't been caught. I said, Who do you think you are?' He said sorry and I said, you will be'.”

The actor then said he would buy her that drink, but she snubbed the offer and he carried on.Earlier in the evening, Leo dined at Zuma in Knightsbridge before making his way to Whisky Mist.He has been a regular on the London party circuit since arriving here earlier this month to film his next movie.

To be fair, this was his first blip in an otherwise fruitful few weeks. But here's a tip, Leo — you're less likely to bump into people if you stop pulling that baseball cap over your eyes.

So wait a minute.. so basically she is hired help who pushes drinks but thinks she is a cut above the rest?! Right... mines a gin & tonic please and it better have four and a half ice cubes in it.

He said "sorry" and she said "You will be"!!

Why will he be sorry? Because some trolley dolley takes a dislike to him.

She would have been a bigger person by just accepting his apology and leaving it at that. Instead she is looking for her 5 minutes of fame.

Stick to pushing the trolley.
