Sienna Miller reveals hair raising cost of GI Joe wig

Sienna Miller revealed today where some of the £200 million budget for her new film GI Joe: Rise Of The Cobra went - her wig.

Worth the price? Sienna's hairpiece cost £4,800

The actress told GMTV the black glossy hairpiece she wears to play femme fatale the Baroness cost 8,000 US dollars (£4,800) and joked that it is now being kept "in a glass case in Los Angeles, being preened and fluffed".

She said her accompanying all-in-one black leather catsuit was incredibly uncomfortable and they "measured every nook and cranny" so it fitted her perfectly.

Miller added that she used real guns while filming the blockbuster, but only fired blanks.

She said: "I had to wear sunglasses because I had a real squint. I found it really hard to shoot the gun without making a noise. I had a real 'gun face'."

She described the experience of being on set with a crew of 1,000 people as "an overwhelming experience" and said she never dreamed of anything like that when growing up in Wiltshire.

Miller also said she was going to be "very homesick" when she moves to New York to play Miss Julie in the Roundabout Theatre Company's production of Patrick Marber's After Miss Julie opposite English actor Jonny Lee Miller.

She said there would be an upside though: "I'll have lots of mates there too, Daniel (Craig) will be there and Jude (Law) will be there."

Law will be playing Hamlet on Broadway when he completes the run at the Wyndham's Theatre in London and Craig will feature alongside X-Men star Hugh Jackman in A Steady Rain, a play about two Chicago policeman.
