Kate Moss looks happy and relaxed before she makes a splash with a quick dip in the warm waters of the Mediterranean.

Ruling the waves: Kate Moss shows off her toned figure in a bikini

The supermodel enjoyed a day soaking up the heat of the French Riviera on a luxury yacht with friends and her musician boyfriend Jamie Hince.

Proving that they had put their recent rows behind them, Moss and Hince swam close for a loving kiss before continuing the embrace back on board.

Moss, 35, who wore a gingham bikini, frolicked around in the sea in between sipping on white wine and puffing on ciggies, as she laughed raucously and took pictures of her friends.

She was also joined on board by Yves Saint Laurent designer Stefano Pilati and former supermodel Karen Mulder, who put modesty to one

I'm British but I agree with Ian the Aussie. She made her own career and has earned her money fair and square rather than do sod all and inherit a fortune like Paris Hilton. Like all of us, she will only live once so why shouldn't she make the most of her good fortune and enjoy life? If you would like more holidays then work bloody hard and try and improve your own situation rather than whinge and moan about people who have what the rest of us would love. She didn't ask the paps to take photo's of her. I get more annoyed when I see the royals exotic holidays at the tax payers expense but for some reason this doesn't offend people as much

Never without a fag in her hand, she must have breath like Shane McGowan....how such a ropey bird has become an epitome of supposed beauty is certainly an achievement, albeit one only manageable because our society rewards the wrong things entirely.

I am sure Kate knows if it wasn't for the media hype about her she would be working in top shop in Croydon.

wish we all could cavort in the summer sun as many times as she does.... i know it sounds sour grapes but, she aint no rocket scientist............ some people have never had a holiday in their life time and most probably never will ...... maybe so called celebs and stars can adopt a family to go on holiday....... just a wee thought for them to ponder whilst sunbathing........ what would our Kate be doing with her life if she wasn't a "model".... I just wonder................
