Sienna Miller takes crane ride to LA premiere

Sienna Miller took her soaring career to new heights by arriving for a film premiere aboard a crane.

Shimmering: Sienna Miller at the premiere

The 27-year-old was truly a rising star as she arrived at a screening of her film G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra, on board a cherry-picker last night.

Swing out sister: the crane's cradle high above the LA streets, containing Sienna and TV host Jimmy Kimmel

Accompanied by talk show host Jimmy Kimmel, Miller waved at fans as she was lifted to Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles — just across the road from the TV studios where the Brit actress had been a guest on Kimmel's show earlier in the evening. She had planned to make her way straight to the premiere afterwards. But before she left, Kimmel told her: “I know you have to get over there in a hurry, and in fact I've rented a giant escorting machine.

“A woman of your calibre should not be forced to walk, so I've rented a crane to take you across the road.”

Miller, who looked stunning in a floor-length gold dress, joked about the crane: “This is a chick magnet...”

And, as they soared over the crowds, Kimmel said: “I don't want to start rumours, we're not dating.”

She is looking so good! Saw her being interviewed in Australia, she was fantastic, funny and very gracious.
