The sending-off came when Beckham's American side, LA Galaxy, played Seattle Sounders FC, and followed a serious foul on Peter Vagenas.

Seeing red: Victoria looks strained as David is sent off
As Becks, 34, slumped off for an early shower, Galaxy fans booed and jeered him, and held up placards which read: “Drove 1,100 miles to boooo Beckham” and “Becks — r u the longest in the showers?”
The incident comes weeks after the England star got into a confrontation with a Galaxy supporter over his time on loan at AC Milan.

Does anyone else think that Mr Beckham is acting the way that he is due to the fact that he doesn't want to be there? I believe he will continue this behaviour until he becomes so much of a liability that the club will release him from his obligations.

Becks still has a lot of quality football in him
Paul Scholes, who is a few months older than David, played the entire game for Man United against Birmingham yesterday. Ryan Giggs is almost 2 years older than David and still in the first team.
David needs to get out of the MLS NOW in order to salvage what is left of his football career. David should be able to see out the rest of his footballing years with dignity.
The longer Becks stays in the US, the worse it will become. It was a big mistake from the beginning. The pressure has obvously been too much and the burden TOO heavy to bear.
GET OUT NOW BECKS and end your footballing career how it began ......at the top and with your dignity intact.

Sent off 9 times is disgraceful. Contrast this with his Man U colleague and soccer superstar Ryan Giggs, who has never beedn sent off once in a glorius playing career, in which his side won more titles and championships than david Beckham ever did.
