Kate Moss bids to shave decade off her looks
By Lucretia Munro, London Lite Last updated at 16:10pm on 19.08.09When pictures emerged of Kate Moss looking ropey as she sunbathed in St Tropez, nobody was more shocked than the supermodel herself.
The 35-year-old raised a few eyebrows when the French sunshine revealed the worrying signs of ageing earlier this month, and now she has planned a “10 years younger” health plan to regain her youthful complexion.
Our source said: “Kate didn't like seeing pictures of the state of her skin while she was on holiday. She knows it's down to her lifestyle, so she is deciding to try a particular health plan to help regain a fresh look.”

Youth takes a holiday: Kate Moss in St Tropez with wrinkles and blemishes
Kate was snapped aboard a yacht during a holiday with boyfriend Jamie Hince and daughter Lila Grace, which was later gate-crashed by her pal Lily Allen.
Sadly, it was her haggard appearance that attracted attention.
The model had a deeply lined forehead, crow's feet around her eyes and blemishes.
Our source added: “She is now eating three regular healthy meals a day.
“For breakfast she will have a poached egg on a slice of wholemeal toast, grilled chicken with vegetables and a salad for lunch and wholemeal pasta with fish for dinner. She is also drinking two litres of water a day.
“Her alcohol consumption is being limited to only when she goes out and has made a pact with Jamie that she will try not to drink during the week.
“She is also trying to cut down on the amount of cigarettes she smokes.”
We're sure the St John's Wood air and a few less fags will do her the world of good.
Meanwhile, Kate has vowed to get her close pal Lily on the front cover of US Vogue.
The supermodel managed to help super-sized Gossip singer Beth Ditto land a lucrative deal with Evans, so making relatively svelte Lily a fashion icon should be a snap.
Those close to Kate have said that she has taken this on as her pet project and is making it her mission to introduce Lily to everyone she knows in the fashion industry.

888 London, it`s good that you`re comfortable with your natural state - trouble is, the obscene amount spent on and advertising the big lie, that is cosmetics, enhancements, silicon, botox, fashion accessories etc prove that most aren`t - as long as you eat the right food, 888 (not ate, ate, ate!) don`t get addictive and take moderate excercise, nature will do the rest.
Good for you, keep it up!

I think you've missed the point Darius - I could not care less about what the media thinks I ought to be ageing like - but when I see articles like this, it makes me laugh since Moss has pretty much brought most of it on herself with the constant hard drinking/drugs/smoking/sunbathing lifestyle. All of that will take a pretty noticeable toll pretty fast once you hit a certain age.

Is it `cause she’s "worth it"?
Y`know, women have always been infatuated with "outer beauty", (although they always tell each other it`s what`s inside that counts!) but today’s saturated media infested with endless varieties of trash mags, makeover shows and catch phrase and airbrush ridden daft ads on TV relentlessly peddling the " look yoof-ful or yuk" message will only ensure one thing - those who despise the thought of growing old will one day look in the mirror and surely despise themselves.
Not a pretty thought, is it ladies?

She could get into small budget horror movies and star as a witch if she still wanted to be seen by the public.

If she parties hard she certainly gets to sleep it off. So she is getting her beauty sleep, rest and relaxtion. Poor girl she tries so hard to be a sex symbol and now time is catching up.

'....limited to when she goes out' - so no change in consumption then. The girl spends half the week on benders and half the month on holiday, on benders.

As well as a discreet medical peel and or face work, haha. A diet to reverse a hard-living lifestyle. Thanks, I needed that laugh. Kate's never going to get Lily Allen on the cover of US Vogue. If Wintour thinks half the toothpick actresses and models that get on there now need dieting and fixing, what would she make of relatively normal shaped Lily? She might get a shot in on the annual Age issues, where they throw in their token normal and plus sizes.

"Her alcohol consumption is being limited to only when she goes out " .. but isn't she 'out' all the time? Certainly seems to be if you scan the tabloids. Cutting out smoking entirely would also help.

Everyone knows you cant reverse aging. She was always going to look
withered. It must be very difficult for someone like her that was never a
great beauty to come to terms with time.

A new 'diet' can't erase forehead wrinkes. Why doesn't she just admit she will have to join the rest of the celebrity herd and go down the Botox/chemical peel route? How gullible does she think the public is?

To make Lily Allen a model you would need to use the most egregious nepotism. Just how she secured her career as a "singer". How handy to have famous friends and a famous father.
