Sienna Miller warms to Anna Wintour at premiere of American Vogue documentary

Sienna Miller turned up at the premiere of a new film about American Vogue... even though she was the victim of an on-screen rant by the editor, Anna Wintour, who said she was "toothy" and criticised her "unruly hair".

The pair have clearly kissed and made up, as they hugged at last night's screening in Manhattan of The September Issue, a fly-on-the-wall documentary.

Renee Zellweger was also there to see the film, about the making of 2008's Vogue fashion special.

Cynics have suggested Wintour may not be entirely pleased by the way the documentary lifts the lid on fashion shoots and the magazine industry.

The September issue will be released in the UK on 11 September.

I dislike the public face of Sienna Miller. She just strikes me as a very mediocre everything that takes short cuts to publicity through married men. Anna Winatour interests me even less So they are welcome to their 'chummy' routine. Just a quick question - are we supposed to know why Winatour wears the big dark glasses knowing the VB effect I would have thought she had enough fashion sense to drop the 'look' quickly
