Lindsay Lohan and her sister Ali were spotted in LA yesterday — and they appeared to be in the middle of an outdoor pouting competition.

Rumours have been flying recently that LiLo has been getting injections in her lips, which — at the tender age of 23 — does not bode too well for the future (unless you're a Hollywood plastic surgeon). And Ali is just 15, so surely she couldn't have had any work done. Then again, this is Tinseltown...
