George Michael and lover Kenny Goss split

The final straw for Mr Goss, 50, is said to have been when the Careless Whisper star, 46, was charged with drug possession after being arrested in public toilets on Hampstead Heath last year.
Art gallery owner Mr Goss reportedly walked out at Christmas, but kept the split quiet. It hit Michael so hard he postponed all work commitments. Friends said the star behaved like a hermit, sleeping until late at his Highgate mansion, then smoking cannabis and playing computer games until the early hours.
One source said: “Kenny had given George many chances. But after the Hampstead Heath incident he said he couldn't take any more. Kenny never agreed with George's urges to cruise for other men, or with his excessive use of cannabis.”
